Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days for a different size or style (subject to availability).
  • Holiday purchases made Nov–Dec may be eligible for extended returns. Contact support to confirm your order’s eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition, free of creases, scuffs, or odors.
  • In the original Gucci shoe box with all dust bags, inserts, tags, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above conditions.

How to Start a Return

  1. Prepare your order number and delivery date.
  2. Submit a request via our quick form below or email [email protected].
  3. We’ll send a prepaid label for eligible domestic returns and instructions to pack your sneakers securely.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery (US only).
  • Exchange for a different size of the same style, or switch to another in-stock style and pay any difference.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund once your return is inspected.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Once received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your sneakers arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return label for a full refund.

Final Sale & Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Used, worn, or altered items.
  • Items returned without the original Gucci box, tags, or accessories.
  • Gift cards.

Shipping Fees, Duties & Restocking

  • US returns: Prepaid label provided for eligible returns. $0 restocking fee.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping and carrier fees deducted from the refund.

International Returns

International customers can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ship using a trackable service and mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional duties. Include your order number inside the package. Refunds exclude outbound shipping, customs, and return postage.

Gifts & Gift Returns

  • Gifted items can be returned for store credit or exchanged if unused and within the return window.
  • Please provide the order number or purchaser’s name and email to locate the order.

Price Adjustments

If your item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll honor a one-time price adjustment when eligible. Excludes limited releases and final sale items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can modify or cancel orders within 1 hour of placement during business hours. After fulfillment begins, please use our standard returns process.
  • Address changes can delay your shipment; contact support immediately for assistance.
