  • Tracking may show “Label Created” until the first carrier scan.

Delivery & signatures

  • Signature required for orders over $500 or at our discretion to prevent theft.
  • Carrier holds/redirects can be requested directly with the carrier after the first scan.
  • If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours.

Address Guidelines

  • Use a complete street address; avoid nickname/alias names.
  • PO Boxes: select Standard shipping; express services may be unavailable.
  • For apartments/units, include building and unit numbers.
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders without verification.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries via DHL or UPS Worldwide. Duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs office.

  • Terms: Delivered At Place (DAP). Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Refused/undeliverable international shipments may incur return shipping and handling fees.
  • Transit estimates exclude customs inspection time.

Customs & Duties

To avoid surprises, check your country’s de minimis and duty rates for footwear before ordering.

We must declare full value and cannot mark items as gifts.

Policies & Exceptions

  • Holiday periods and major launches may extend handling by 1–2 business days.
  • Address changes can be accommodated before shipment only; contact support ASAP.
  • Lost or damaged shipments are fully investigated with the carrier; resolutions typically take 5–10 business days.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM PT, otherwise the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free for US orders over $150 (after discounts, before tax). Surcharges may apply to AK/HI and territories.

Can I upgrade shipping after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped, contact us and we’ll do our best to upgrade the method. Additional charges may apply.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes, via USPS for Standard service. Expedited options may be limited and delivery times can be longer.

Will I be charged duties/taxes for international orders?

Possibly. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are payable by the recipient.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.

Check with neighbors and building staff, then contact the carrier. If still not found, reach out to us within 48 hours so we can assist.
